Are you who we are looking for?

Our team is looking for an administrative/sales coordinator to join our ranks. We need someone with strong organizational skills, willingness to learn and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Of course our ideal candidate will have all those buzz word characteristics you’ve come to expect from a job posting: effective communications, positive attitude, strong work ethic, self motivation and on down the list.

To be technical about it, this position will be expected to:

  • Review and file insertion agreements for all projects/campaigns
  • Administer and support CRM program
  • Administer UPS account and shipments
  • Keep all sales materials up to date and stored neatly
  • Manage conference arrangements
  • Complete competitive audits as needed
  • Perform accounting tasks as assigned
  • Support sales team as needed
  • Support production, content and interactive departments as needed

Does your resume include the following?

  • 1-2+ years relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate and work with a diverse group
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
